George M. Cohan stuff

Description

1  " Broadway Jones" script used by Mr. Cohan at his closing performance in Detroit Jan. 31 1914                                                                                                                                                                                 2       Western Union sent to Mr. Whelehan regarding Mr. Whelehans invation to visit his clubhouse         during Mr. Cohans Rochester date.                                                                                                         3     Picture of Mr. Cohan signed to the Paddy Hill Players, who Mr. Whelehan founded.                       4      Letter ( I think accompanied script )  November 6 1941                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       5      Two playbills, signed. One the back page is torn and partly missing. The other one is glued to         a piece of paper, and glued on the other side is a playbill of the Paddy Hill Players 1932

I care for Mr.Whelehan , son of Mr.Whelehan who founded the Paddy Hill Players and and first contacted Mr. Cohan to invite him to his clubhouse. Walter got this stuff handed down from his dad. Walters medical bills have wiped him out so he's trying to find stuff that might be worth something when he remembered this stuff and had me dig it out for him.
