Description Bought by my Grandmother in Michigan in the 30s or 40s. The Dutch harbor scene is very nicely done, the characters etc are raised from the surface, painted and then fired on. As you can tell I don't know much about this stuff. There are no maker marks that I can find. The bottom does say "Germany" that's about it. There is a number (see detail pic) 1072 at the extreme left bottom of the scene. The top is pewter. Thanks
