German C.T. Porcelain Piece

Description

I was recently cleaning out my grandparents home as my grandfather passed away and my grandmother has recently been placed in a nursing facility and I came across an interesting piece.  The item has pink roses in the bottom and I am not quite sure what it was used for but it has a stamp on the bottom. The Word Germany Arched on the bottom with an Eagle and the letters C.T. stamped next to the word Germany.

I have done some minor research on this item and I know where it comes from and roughly the time period it was produced but I am wondering what if any value it has. I know that my grandfather had friends in the armed forces durring WWII and he himself served in Korea and Vietnam as a Navy Medic. Hoping to find out what this piece's collectors value is.
