Description

My father got this in San Francisco in the 60's from an elderly woman, that is all I know about its origins. I just acquired it, but too large for my home. It is approx. 8' tall x 6' wide. It is wood carved and I'm told is gilded with gold leaf. It is in very good condition with one small surface crack by the top. The separate base was custom made more recently, marble and wood. Since it is extremely large, heavy and anchored to the wall I can't currently view the back to see any inscription. I appreciate any input!
