Description

This lovely print depicts a small girl in a bonnett and blue dress sitting and clutching a small bunch of daisies. The print itself is recessed or impressed in the paper. There is a 1/2" embossed border around the print. On the top is writing in German. From left to right it reads :

 H. Seeger    Aquarell Fascimile   Verlag S. Lebel, Wien.

On the bottom right it reads:

  Da bin ich No.221

I have researched and believe this is a mezzotint.

The print is in fabulous condition. No stains or tears. The glass is cracked, but it is recent and has not affected the print underneath.  The frame is in very good condition. It is sealed on the back and there is additional writing that I can't decipher.
