White with gold along ruffled skirt edges, flowers painted on settee cushions, gold on scroll work, gold slippers on the brunette,  silver on the blonde.  Brunette has silver colored top whereas the blonde is wearing red.

History Was my Grandmother's, I'm 55 and can remember seeing it in her curio cabinet when I was a child. It is part of a set of three figures. There is a sitting girl with a flower vase in her lap as well as a sitting boy playing the fife.

This is a Japanese piece, by " Wales China" most likely made after World War Two, it has a fake Meissen crossed sword mark. Here's a link to information regarding the company thatr used this mark:
