this bottle is embossed on one side with the word "friendship" it has calabash style hands in a sort of shield with laurel leaf under it... on the other side it's embossed with an oval sunbust type of design. I know it was holding some kind of alcohol because it has the forbidden statement on the bottom that was in use from 1932-1964. the stopper is a ball (hollow) with cork.It does have a molding seam up the sides, and a 1/4'' deep circular depression on thebottom.
I in an oval for the owen-illinois co. a 2, a,0, D-126, L-9529, a 58, and a 81 all on the bottom along with the govt warning fobidding reuse... the black5 on the bottom is just from a marker
I can't find info online regarding this, so it would be great if someone could enlighten me!
