These tend to be post WW2 20th European pieces, most often made in Italy and eastern Europe. Without any labels or signatures it's impossible to track the maker of this piece down. Most had a paper or foil label that has long since been removed at it's first washing or has simply fallen off over time. No great value unless they can be tied to a well known glassworks or designer.
