Glass Water Pitcher

Description Looking for an appraisal for this item: Figural pitcher that is done in a satin blue / green color with the face of a colonial man. It appears to be hand made as there is a Pontil mark on the bottom and the handle is appliquéd on. I does have a seam so I am not sure what that means. It is in excellent condition without chips, cracks or breaks. Approximately 11 inches tall with a 17 inch circumference.
