The above link will show the pictures I have taken of the ring. If anyone has any ideas of maybe a maker or a guess of value (I am not a Jeweler) I seen it and fell in love with the design didn't know much about gold until I bought a tester to see if it was real.

I am no jeweler either, but based on the vintage mourning buckle rings that I have seen at just 9kt, they have been priced anywhere netween $250-$600. So I could just image the price at 14kt! I would suggest taking to a jeweler and/or antique jewelry dealer and getting an appraisal.  It would seem that it was $30 well spent.  Just my opinion!
