Description This is a gold-toned sugar and creamer set that is in excellent condition. The bottom is marked FB & Co. 14.7390 Italy. I cannot tell what material this set is made out of. The outside gold glaze feels like ceramic material. Would appreciate any information.

It's sometimes called "gold luster" after early 19th Century examples, but the color on this set is actually a micro thin layer of gold rather than an oxidized metallic glaze.
