This is Bonnie and Rhett, eighth issue in the Gone With the Wind collection by Raymond Kursar. Issued by Knowles and dated 1985. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition.

These collectors plates are notoriously bad investments, few even manage to maintain their original retail value after 30 years of inflation let alone increase in value. The majority of them sell for under $35.00, on ebay less than half that.
