I found this house tucked in the corner of a local thrift store. I have confirmed it is a Moritz Gottschalk with the mini time machine in Arizona. It was manufactured in the 1920s and appears to be missing a chimney. The patio is not attached currently.
The back interior wall is cracked, apparently a common occurance with the Gottschalk houses, original lace curtains and window awnings, the pressed cardboard roof shows wear, the pressed cardboard window frames are missing and one of the railings is missing, another broken off.
I"m currently trying to decide if I want to have the house restored professionally or leave it as is, the value of the house would be helpful in that decision. I look forward to hearing from you.
