Grand Ledge Chair Co. side chair

I have a side or dining chair that i recently purchased and would like to find the value. I think it has what is called a cane seat. it is solid and sturdy, in good condition. It hass a few marks and the scrollwork design around the seat back is broken off in 2 spots. I believe it is mahogany. It has a sticker on the bottom that says Grand Ledge Chair Co. Grand Ledge, MI and what looks like the number 870 in the center of the sticker. The number 870 is also stamped on the bottom and the number 128 is written on the bottom. This is my first time using this site. Any help determining the age and value of this chair is appreciated.
