This is a Swiss made timepiece, most likely from the 1940's. It is missing part of the winding assembly, so it would need repair. More information could be provided if a picture of the front of the watch was shown, as well as any stamps or writing on the inside of the back cover.

Thank you for the comment.  I have added another Pic.  Yes, I am sure it needs repairs.  Their is no telling how long it was in the Grochet Bag at my Moms.

 

 

Thanks for the additional pics. Unfortunately, the watch would cost much more to repair than the value of it. As is, it is worth $15-20 for parts. If it were in good condition, it would have a value of around $50. It would cost at least $100 to restore it, so it wouldn't be worthwhile unless it has a lot of sentimental value.
