This painting is original and is matted and in a frame. The picture is of a ship with a Greek Title and signed by an artist. The closest items I could find remotely close were called the American Sailors' Woolwork Woolie

I think that you have a print, I guess it isn't a painting. Can you check if the surface is flat or rough? I once thought I had a painting, but purchased a report from here: https://www.appraisily.com And they confirmed it was a print.
