Description This is a green and white vase with a long neck. There are 2 very small handles one on each side approximately 1 and 1/2 inches from the top of the vase. There are raised images of eagles standing on what appears to be a podium. Wraping around each side are the podium look like they are long flower leaves with 1/2 inch flowers attached. At the base of each handle there are raised grapes and grape vines. There are also lettering on the base of the vase on dark colored paint. We have tried scratching the marks and they are not coming off. There is some sort of coating I'm unsure of thr type. The markings are AF 131 TUE. Honestly I'm not sure if these are antiquest ir just aomething that someone made. Any help would be appreciated.
