This is a framed autumn landscape piece. It is signed on lower right hand side. It has brush strokes going in the direction of landscape and there is texture or raised brush strokes on top. It is on panel board NOT canvas. It is possibly in original frame. It appears to have a wire running through the top middle of painted panel and for this reason I have not removed piece from frame. The frame has a type of soft material as part of the frame itself. There is not a number, copyright, or sticker of any sort on frame or back of panel board. The frame does not have glass on the front. The board is held in by spike-like small metal pieces along the back outside border of painting. A wire is running along back of board for hanging purposes. It looks as though the wire was attached by the previous owner.The dimensions of the piece is approx 35X24. The "painting" is completely fused to the board and is the only " thing" in frame.
