Description I bought this peice at an estate sale. Im trying to figure out how much it's worth but cannot find anything about this particular item online. I know that the outside is encrusted with 22kt GOLD and then there is a ring of green on the inner part then another part of 22kt gold and then a white background with painted flowers.
