Description
I bought this at an Estate Sale a few years ago for about $10 I think. The Silver Certificate attached to the letter is from 1923. The Register of Treasury is Speelman and the Treasurer of the United States is White. As far as I can tell, the letter and signature is from H.W. Hoover of the Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Company. It's in the original frame with the seal on the back stating "Crowley Milner & Co."
