Hall Tea Pot - with 2 logo stamps

 Hall Tea Pot, Grandmother had this for years.  On the bottom where the logo(s) are it says 0 69.8GL   6 CUP MADE IN U.S.A.

What I find odd is the 2 diffrent HALL logos stamped over each other.

Does anyone know what the est. value of this tea pot is?
