This piece looks more like 1950's Murano glass than anything else, comparable unmarked pieces sell at auction for under $75.00.

Thank you for your comment. You were the only one. I did some research based off of what you said it might be. Turns out it is a murano trumpet vase valued at around 2,000.00. So thank you very much for leading me in the right direction.
