Hand Carved Camphorwood Chest

Description

Hand carved teakwood chest, the label on the inside of the lid as well as the original key/lock combo says "Majestic".  The carving is very ornate covering every inch depicting a scen at Sea.  The two draws from the sides of the chest are hidden and released via secret buttons mixed into the surface carvings on the front of the chest.  There bottom draw is off track and needs repair and it has bumps and scrapes from over the years.  My grandfather was a merchant seaman and brought this home after a trip I think during the 40's or 50's though i don't know if thats when it was actually made.  Possibly from Inda.

Thanks for the insight.
