Description

I received this item from my grandmother's estate after her passing. As a child, it had always been my favorite one of hers. It was always just so neat looking and awe inspiring. But shamefully, I literally know nothing about it. If anybody out there can help me, I would be most grateful. My grandmother collected all kinds of artifacts that were centuries old. And as I said, this was always my favorite. Any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks.
