Description

I found this item at an estate sale.  It is a Gallon size copper pitcher.  Attached pictures.

The Stamp has a Crown over E.R. in the center.  It is surrounded by other marks.

From the top going clockwise, it looks like 1/2, T, circled N, O, 497, P, L and and S.

I believe the Crown over ER represents that it was made during the reign of King Edward VII (1901-1910).  I'm not sure what the other marks mean except that it reminds me of the Diamond stamps that you mentioned.

I was wondering if you could tell me any more about it.
