Thai Fish Platter with Keep-Warm Base I am not 100% sure I'm right but here is a close start that might help you out. also I think the base was used for keeping Fish and soup warm. charcoel I think, your missing the lid. Price with out the lid..might be hard to sell...good luck. hope this helps.

Thank you for your comments on my item. I was thinking that it was the same kind of thing, but due to the thickness and weight of the clay, which it is very thick and heavy, it just doesn't appear that it would have a lid and is why i got thrown off. I would think that the lid would have to be the same material and thickness and it would be very heavy, much heavier than a modern terra cotta fish cooker. It just doesn't look like it is designed to have a lid, but I may be totally wrong. Thank you!
