Description Hand painted 10 piece set of 9 plates and 1 platter. All are decorated with a fish, some floral designs near the edges, and gold trim on the edges. 3 different types of fish are used, with one type repeated on 3 plates. The back of each plate is signed with F.4. and the number 95, 103, or 122. If anyone has any information about who the artist is, it would be appreciated. The condition is great except some of the gold trim has worn off.
