Hand painted Hong Kong tea pot

My grandma gave me this old hand painted tea pot, says “decorated in Hong Kong” on it. I only have the tea pot and three saucers. Any ideas if this is worth anything? I have no idea how old it is and it’s in in good condition. Thanks!
