I'm not an expert, but have some examples of Persian miniature bone paintings..and I believe this is what you have. If you do a search on Persian Bone painting, you will find there is extensive information on the subject.

If you go to ebay.com and type in the number 151977969222 you will a pendant like one of yours sold for $49.00 If memory serves me. These necklaces are usually list as persian mother of pearl painted necklace or pendant & often the word STORYTELLER is added,
