Description Hand painted plate, Colors blue, green , peach, and purple. Picture includes flowers with birds. Back covered in pewter with a stamp or hand painted marking that I am not able to read.

History I bought this item at a garage sale. I thought it was unique and possibley had some value to it. It is def hand painted, I have no knowledge at all of dinnerware or china. Whomever owned it, felt like it was important enough to cover the back in pewter. So I thought it might be worth something!
