Handsewn Hand Painted Doll Slave? Plantation? Native American?

Description I have an antique handsewn doll. She is also hand painted, black, big painted eyes and red cheeks, made of cloth, has silky fine black hair, a tuft of cotton represented by a deliberately knotted white thread in her hand, a baby Swaddled on her back, burlap sack clothing, a petticoat, and panties. She stands about 8" tall. What can you tell me about this find? I have a simple image of a collage of her features prepared as well.
