Hargrove Oil Painting Building a Dog House

This painting has been in our family for over 30 years, it is in excellent condition.  It's numbered 201 on the back from Home Galleries Inc. Oil-Certified, #185062.

Looking for it's value, it is for sale if anyone is interested.  Thank you.
