Have no idea about this painting need help, thank you

Description

I have a painting from Eastman Johnson, " THE SCISSOR GRINDER."  I believe it to be in good shape possibly a good cleaning by a professional would not hurt. Don't know much except what has been seen on The Antiques Road Show.  The brush marks looks real just trying to find out if the original or a print and if either how much would it be worth. I was given this picture and very curious.
