Heavy large old mirror value

Hi, this is an old midror from my grandmothers house. It is VERY heavy and pretty large, 28"by 40".  I do not see any marks other than the "2121" carved on the back.  I am hoping to get an idea what it is worth.  The glass is perfect but the simple dark wood frame could be refinished.

Thank you very much to anyone who has any information for me.  I am in NJ and the mirror probably comes from NJ or PA.

History
It has been in my grandmothers Jersey Shore cottage for 80 years. She was born in 1896 and I believe she may have gotten it in Sharon PA where she grew up. Or, it could be from someplace else entirely
