Chinese Fishbowl Planter, I need to identify, been searching online but I've been unable to find anything about it. Please any help will be highly appreciated.

Medium porcelain, stoneware, ceramic.

Distinguishing marks red stamp on bottom and a "X" mark also.

Condition Good

Size and dimensions of this item 14" Tall and 16" wide (top)

Date Period 1970's ?

Weight Around 23 pounds

History Don't know much about it, have look online for the red stamp but have not find it yet. Acquire item in yard sale.
