hertzwig and co/kazutte

hi, My friend has asked me for help to research a porcelain figurine, so far I have found the hallmark to be  Kattzutte/hertwig and co 1914/1945 The hallmark is a house with a H in the roof and an arched cat in the main space. The figurine is a lady dressed in a 20/30's pink suit, the jacket hangs below the waist and the skirt is ankle lenth, she also has short blonde hair with a pale pink hat slightly tilted to the left. Her blouse is white with kravat styled frills in the front with blackish cross style marks scattered on. She is holding a small white terrier? puppy in her left hand and there is another terrier sat near her left foot with it's front paws on her leg and is looking up it is white with a black spot on it's side and black ears. There is a set of numbers under the hallmark which is B94 44  can you identify this figurine please or inform me where to look for more information. Thank you
