Description

I have a salt cellar. It is not marked anywhere. Tested and it is high content silver. Looks all hand made with repousse floral patterns on 10 panels. All the panels are slightly different in the floral pattern. Two questions. Who made it or in what region was it made? And second..when do you think it was made? No insert was with it. Thanks for any light you can shed on this!!! I searched for quite a while and came up only tired!!! Paul
