Description This barrel/keg, looks like something that sat on the counter at a soda fountain and dispensed root beer.   It is a beautiful wooden barrel (approx. 22"h x 16"dia.) with chrome hoops, sits on 3 chrome legs that are 2" high, a chrome tap, very much intact Hires root beer decals, very much intact 5c decals (serving price) and the mechanical innerds to mix or brew the product. It looks like the lid has been replaced but everything else is definitely original.  I've had this for 35 years 'cause it just looks cool (sorry I don't have any photos).....I was watching Antiques Roadshow and just got curious if anyone out there knew anything about this.   Appreciate any info....thank you!!
