Looks like an open edition print of Hiro Yamagata's "Foggy Day Off Blvd. St. Germain, Paris" hand signed by artist at bottom right. Thers ia also another signature "in print" with the year '80. Matted and set under glass in a light wood frame. Was wondering if this has any value since it is not an official limited edition print, but is still hand signed by artist.
