Description
I have a Paul Detlefson Picture in a wood frame. A J Weber Blacksmith
It is in very good condition.
On the back it says Horse and Buggy Days
Also has written P339-7 and V5208-140.
I was looking to sell it to and interested buyer. I have know idea of the value. How can you tell the difference between a print and a painting?
Please help.
Re: Horse and Buggy Days
I have been a Detlefsen collector for 40 years. I have never seen an orginal painting. You have a print. That is only half of the painting. There were millions made in the 1950's and they are still being made. It depends on how big the print is, the condition and the "want" of the buyer. I have a couple of the same print paid less than $15 for them.
