Very nice set, most like this date between World Wars One and Two (1918-1939). Demand for chocolate sets like this peaked back in the 1990's after big run ups in values during the 1980's. Since that time demand and values have dropped considerably for these sets. Today we often see comparable sets go for $150.00 or less at auction.
