Description
tinted blue glass. brighter blue flowers and green leaves. the top lights and so does the bottom. I believe the legs(bottom) is brass. There are no chips, cracks, or any other issues.

Researching I have realized that at the time they were made they were popular. But I think expensive for the time. I bought this item because I remember my great-grandmother owning one that was very similar.
