Description I believe it is a citizen book that was given out by the american legion auxillary. It is signed by the legion wishing good wishes and dated Aug 24,1941. It has all 128 pages but the front cover is ripped off but I still have it. It is printed by Whitman Publishing company Racine, Wisconsin. I is number 715. It is compiled with information that every citizen should know. It has the bill of rights, declaration of Independence, holidays, constitution, etc..
