Most of these oak ice chests date 1890-1920. Some of these were "Badged", meaning they were made under contract for several companies who used their own labels. It probably sold for under $20.00 when new. Demand for wooden Iceboxes last peaked in the 1990's, demand for them and values have dropped since then, we'd retail one like this for about $650.00.
