Any information on this antique chair made in Indianapolis Indiana. Looking into restoring it, wondering if that would damage the value in any way? Thank you!
Chairs like this tend to date from the first quarter of the 20th Century and were made in large numbers, The carving on them was largely done by routing/carving machines. You're safe to restore it anyway you like, we'd retail one in good restored condition at under $200.00.
