Hello I have a etching by Richard V. Sebring that is pencel signed by him of Montpelier the home of James Madison .It also has the inbossed seal from the International Archives on it. The Picture is 10 x 8 inch. I would like to know what the value of this would be I have know Idea. Thank you in advance, if someone could e-mail me with the information it would be very helpful.
