They have been in my possession for over 10 years and I never paid attention to them. Just recently realized they had stickers inside with the insignia and label stating they are International Silver Co. I don't have any means to clean them aside from jewelry cleaner and I don't have enough. I think they would be better off on a buffer wheel. Pretty basic creation with round body and scalloped middle stalk.
