History
Got it at garage sale, it is fair to good condition. I think once it's cleaned it would be good condition. It does not have deep scratches and no chips. I know that International Silver company has branched off and made new company names like American Silver and so on, so it has the original company name, making it older? I just need an appropriate appraisal for it. Thanks so much!
