Iranian teapot

Appraisal complete
Description I purchased this numbered teapot at a garage sale. It was purchased I believe in the 70s. The reason for it being numbered us that the paint or dye included chicken blood. Just curious as to the history of the teapot. Beside it is an Iranian chaffing dish.
