iron lantern with iron handle, wood grip, and a quark on top

I beleive this is an iron lantern it has a scene in white of what appears to be a knight on a horse with a shield on the bottom it has a mark of branches and what appears to be a coat of arms in the center. in the center of mark on bottom it has coat of arms with looks like a crown on top and a shield below the crown. on top of lantern there is a quark. inside of lantern theres some kind of sweet smelling liquid i havn't opened the quark to see what was inside. thats about all i know about the item. i would like to know what this item is what year it's from and how much it is worth. thank you very much. it's about 9.5 to 10" tall x 4" wide.
